I believe this was painted during Neta's AP Art class in high school. Angela had this 30" x 40" piece framed and we finally hung it 2 years ago. I honestly only began looking at it closely recently and the layers of possible meaning seem endless. I didn't get that it was likely a self-portrait until viewing the digitized version which allowed me to have more physical distance.
